Nanny Needed For My Children In Richmond.

My family welcomed our first baby in September of 2024! In preparation for our return to work, we are interested in working with a full-time, in-home nanny to help watch over our infant during our working hours Monday through Friday. She will be roughly 3 months old when we return to work, so will begin having a structured day in the first half of 2025. Today, she naps and eats generally on demand, with various light activities during her wake windows. We have a 28lb rescue dog in the house as well, so we will need folks to be comfortable with animals around. Both parents work from home but have attention demanding jobs, so will be occupied and in and out of the house on work days. Ideally looking for someone who is comfortable with us interacting with them and the baby throughout the day.
