Need a nanny to be at my house for when my son gets off the bus in the afternoon. Very laid back and easy kid. He Will spend most of the time playing with neighbors. I will pay a fixed rate every month so that way even if we don't use you for the hours you will still get paid. Have plenty of references for this job.
