Nanny For 3-Month Old Baby Girl

My husband and I are looking for childcare for our baby girl beginning in November. She will be 3 months old. I work from home everyday, but frequently have meetings and know I won't be able to be as attentive to the baby as I'd like. I'd love for someone to handle feedings, tummy time, naps, play time, and changing, etc. While she's sleeping, it would be immensely helpful to have light cleaning help with washing bottles and the baby's laundry, as necessary. My husband and I are friendly, progressive people, so finding a nanny who shares our values and is passionate about helping us raise a strong, kind, and confident little gal is important to us. FYI: We have 2 small, playful dogs and 1 cat. Ideally, this nanny will be okay to let the dogs out into the yard a couple times during the day.
