Nanny Needed For Toddler In Richmond

We are seeking a nurturing, patient, creative part-time nanny for our 20-month-old daughter. The ideal candidate is familiar with the Montessori method for early childhood development, creative & responsible for planning outings & play, and practices gentle or conscious parenting techniques. Our top priority our child's physical and emotional well-being as well as development. The current schedule is M-Th 2-6pm, but we are open to adding hours. Requirements: -References from families with toddlers -Training or experience in toddler care and/or Montessori -Creativity in planning and engaging in screen-free learning play -Trained in CPR & First Aid -Comfortable with our family pet (trained service dog) -Excellent communication and trustworthiness -Patience, compassion, and genuine love of children -Good fit with our family.
