Seeking M/W/F Childcare In The Afternoon

My wife and I are looking for afternoon childcare for our 16mo-old daughter (she'll be 19mo by the time we're starting). We both work from home, so we'll be in the house with you -- but it turns out you can't work and give a toddler the attention they need at the same time. :) We're looking for a caregiver that loves to play, take walks in our neighborhood, and help our daughter continue to learn and grow. Mondays and Wednesdays are our top priority, but Friday availability would be perfect. She normally naps from 11:30a-1:30p or thereabouts, so we're looking for afternoon coverage beginning around 1 p.m. We do have two large (and friendly) dogs, so please consider that when applying.
