Nanny Needed For My Children In Richmond.

I am a single father looking to get some help at the beginning of the weekend with taking care of my daughter. She is over 18 months old, starting to talk and very interested in books + playing outside. I'll be looking for help Friday evenings getting her to bed then keeping an eye on her while I am out. Saturday may be requested as well if I have an event to get to without my daughter, though this we can discuss as it comes up. A good nanny will be comfortable around my daughter in our home, along with the many pets we have. Care for the pets is not requested, but full disclosure there are 4 cats and 1 dog. Only other base requirement would be a willingness to reinforce parenting strategies, such a limited screen time.
