Nanny/Tutor Job For 13 Year Old

We are looking for someone to provide child care and tutoring for our 13-year-old son who is participating in the state virtual school program. He will require support to complete his academic lessons and monitoring while he participates in online live lessons. He is very independent, but has ADHD and mild Autism. We have a current great caregiver who is moving at the end of November. We would like a new care giver who can either start in December or January. We prefer someone who has experience working with special needs children and who is comfortable with dogs and cats. You would also need to provide supervision for our 10-year-old for about 1 hour each day when he returns home from school.
