Full-time Caregiver Needed In Reston

I need a full-time caregiver for my 16-year-old autistic daughter. I'm looking for a special person who is interested in learning about her and making her days positive and educational. Excellent emotional intelligence required. Responsibilities include supporting therapy appointments, both in the home and outside. Preparing lunch and supporting cooking activities. Organizing and maintaining a daily routine. Implementing regular therapeutic games, playground time, and following therapy homework/activities as well as educational activities. No pets in the home but she enjoys dogs. Pay will be provided using care at home. Safe driver with reliable transportation.
