Reston family needs a part-time nanny/babysitter. Looking for experience/trained individual who is good with toddlers. Will need to be good with a big (mastiff) dog. We also need someone with a fairly flexible schedule, we are expecting a baby girl in the next month and need help for our first as Mom and Dad juggle the newborn and rest of life.
