Looking For Babysitter For 1 YO Toddler For Occasional Date Nights/daytime Outings!

Looking for a babysitter for date nights and occasional daytime outings for our 1 YO toddler. T is a happy, energetic little guy and loves to play with you and his toys at home! We live in a townhouse community with ample free parking, tot lots and playgrounds and walking trails for outdoor adventuring. T is our only child, and he is right at the age of toddlerhood where he is exploring anything and everything. He is a really happy, giggly guy who loves to push his toys around the house, go up and down the stairs and particularly loves the slide on the neighborhood playground set. He can be picky sometimes with food, but overall he's a great eater and he is happy as a clam in his crib at night at his 7 p.m. bedtime. We're looking for someone who is open to communication via phone or text for a few check ins, someone who is a source of comfort for T, and is trustworthy. Certified in CPR is obviously a plus! There is ample parking right in front of our house that is free and you can park in our driveway. Unfortunately there is no public transportation here. Our family includes two cats who might bother you for food from time to time but they are fully self sufficient and do not require any care while you're here. (Other than potential snuggles on the couch).
