About the job
We are two families seeking a reliable and nurturing nanny to care for two children (ages 2 and 3) in a nanny share. Both sets of parents work from home, so clear communication and a good understanding of boundaries are essential. The 3-year-old attends afternoon preschool and has recently been potty trained, so extra patience and encouragement will be needed to support their progress. Care will be focused on both children during the morning, and primarily on the 2-year-old in the afternoons until she goes down for her nap. Both families prioritize social-emotional development, encouraging kindness, empathy, and strong communication skills in the children's daily interactions. 30 hours per week guaranteed with 2 weeks paid vacation. Payroll will be used.
