Seeking a part-time nanny near Reston, VA for a nanny share with two children (ages 2 and 3). Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 PM, guaranteed 30 hours/week with flexibility for off days and minor illnesses. Both parents work from home, requiring clear communication and boundaries. Responsibilities include caring for the children, preparing meals, preschool drop-off, light tidying, and supporting potty training for the 3-year-old. Emphasis on social-emotional development.
