We are seeking a nanny for our 5-year-old non verbal autistic son. N is most of the time a very happy, sweet and playful boy. His favorite things to do are anything involving water, being outside in our backyard, reading books (with carer), playing with his sensory toys or watching videos on his tablet. He has recently started to have some issues with aggression, which tends to be triggered by things like being told no, getting an answer wrong in his learning, or a routine change. This is much less frequent when he is actively engaged with and able to play outside etc. Mom will be home 90% of the time to give instructions/cover breaks. Hours summer: 30 hours per week, flexible on days and times. Hours during school year: 5:30pm-8:30 p.m. M-F, 5 hours on weekend.
