I have 3-month-old twin girls, Y and R. The babies wake up at around 7:00 a.m. but don't usually wake up at the same time. (One baby sleeps longer than the other.) They are taking formula (approx. 6-7 oz at a time) and like to have a bottle immediately after wake up. They are usually hungry between 2-3 hours at a time but can be fed anytime cues are shown. They do not necessarily have a nap time schedule but usually get sleepy within 2 hours after a bottle. Tummy time each day is very important and you can create a schedule for that. Diapers and wipes are usually always stocked and ready for you. We only use diaper rash cream if there is any redness shown but they have yet to gain diaper rash since they were born.
