This role is perfect for someone who loves structure and spontaneity, can wrangle a chore chart with one hand while planning a fun outing with the other, and genuinely enjoys helping kids grow into capable, kind, and independent humans. Needs: School drop-off/pickup for our oldest child Homework support and keeping everyone on task Oversight of daily chores (and making them less of a drag!) Planning engaging, screen-free activities and outings Preparing simple, healthy dinners (and possibly helping the kids cook too!)
