Looking 4 Nanny, Weekday Afternoons, One Child

We have a 3 y/o girl that we are looking for after school care during the week. I work from home most of the time and need some help providing one on one attention and learning for our daughter. She has autism and is the brightest light in our world. Play-based learning, child development experience would be great. Help with potty training, communication, progression of skills intellectually and socially. We love Music, sports She loves music, Ms. Rachel, playing ball, playing dolls, going anywhere, park, children's museum. Skills and help needed for Washing hands, communication, potty training, play based learning, putting on shoes and clothes, following instructions, sharing Skills needed for job.
