About the job
Our daughter is about to turn 18 months, and we need help with someone watching her from around 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday while we are at work. She is very mobile and knows a few sign language words along with being able to say approximately 10 words. An ideal day for her would start with breakfast around 8 a.m. followed by playing with toys/puzzles/books. Playing outside in the backyard, weather permitting, is also ideal. She eats lunch around 11 a.m. followed by a nap at noon. Nap lengths can range between 45min to 1. 5 hrs, but we do not let her nap any longer than 2 hrs. Once she is up, she is given another snack, and this is followed by more playing inside and outside until we get home. She is very interested in music and loves to dance.
