Looking for a backup date night sitter for our son for days when our current sitter isn't available. This is not a full-time position; we will only need care 1-5x a month. We usually go out on Friday or Saturday evenings, with a few possible full-day dates. Our son is 10yo, cognitively adjusted 3yo, and has Down Syndrome. He is very sweet and loves friends. He is not potty trained, so changing pull-ups would be part of your job. We will pay between $20-22 an hour, based on experience. As a former childcare provider myself, I understand the industry very well and want to assure you that we will always feature you fairly, financially and otherwise.
