Part Time Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Norfolk

My husband and I go on dates about 1-2 times a month; typically on the weekends, but occasionally during the week. We typically go on dates in the evenings, for a few hours. Our son is 18 months old and very energetic. He's overall a very happy, lovable, easy going toddler, and he loves to play. We have another baby sitter that he (and we!) love. She never has a problem with him and they always have a great time. We're looking for a secondary babysitter, just in case, maybe someone with more open availability. He does have a bit of a speech delay and hasn't started speech therapy yet, so sometimes it can be a bit difficult to figure out what he wants and help him at times, so we definitely need someone who is patient and understanding!
