Nanny/mother's Helper Needed For My Wonderful Kids!

We are looking for a great nanny/mother's helper (I am home 95% of the time if not more) for my children in Norfolk. It is a team effort and I love having a helper to give the kids the attention and help they need. Our 6-year-old son and 4-year-old twins (boy & girl) currently attend private school nearby. I also have a 8-month-old girl home with me. They are all very active kids! Would love morning and afternoon help with kids before and after school and to help with light housework such as laundry, picking up, organizing. Will also need to help kids with homework. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, is CPR certified, and who is clean and organized. We want someone who we can welcome as part of the family. Looking for weekdays and occasional weekends.
