About the job
I have twin 3 yr old boys who need help potty training. They are behind with speech so I look forward to something to help encourage talking. One of my sons has speech therapy appointments twice a week. And I would like to create a routine similar to there daycare. Morning arrival, prepare breakfast, wake boys, offer potty, change pull ups, feed breakfast, wash up and change offer potty, outdoor activities, come in offer potty, prepare and eat lunch, offer potty then nap time, 1 hr break, prepare snack, wake boys offer potty, feed snack, indoor/outdoor learning, indoor/outdoor free playtime, clean up from day(with boys), leave for the day. Other duties may include light housekeeping ie kitchen clean up, boys laundry, play area organizing.
