Looking for a reliable, long-term (at least 1-2 years) part-time nanny (ok if cannot be available for the summer) for our 18-month-old. We really want someone who can integrate into our family. We are a Christian household. Has to be very communicative, take initiative, creative, and be able to jump right into connecting and working with our child.
