Looking For A Warm, Nurturing, And Responsible Nanny

Hello! We're looking for a wonderful full-time nanny to care for our 2-year-old Monday - Friday from 9-5 with a late October start date. He is very sweet (our joy), can be reasoned with, and is almost entirely potty-trained. My husband and I both work from our home, which is located in Norfolk's East Beach Community. We also have two other children, (ages 5 and 7) who are in school during the day until 3 p.m. They would need care from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Ideally, we'd like to find an excellent nanny who will warmly care for our littlest son most of the day, and then pick up the older two, give them snacks, and help with afternoon crafts or activities.
