I am looking for a reliable and consistent Nanny who has experience with caring for an autistic child (4 years old and non-verbal) on Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. I prefer someone who has a backup in case she won't be able to watch my son during the aforementioned days and times. Someone who has a lot of patience and tolerance to tantrums and/or meltdowns. My son has a lot of energy during daytime. He enjoys doing arts and crafts. He needs someone to organize his activities.
