About the job
Mon-Fri. 3-4 morning hours. I have two boys: 4 y/o and 1. 5 y/o. Energy, humor, reliability/punctuality, and independence are necessary! My husband and I both work from home, and we have two dogs home as well. The 4 y/o is in preschool but will be home for summer starting in late May and then returning again after Labor Day. Someone who loves being active and outside will do well with our boys! We have an overall flexible approach but embrace structure from experienced caregivers, and are happy to collaborate on planned activities, etc. We would love someone who is aware of developmental milestones and seizes the natural opportunities to make progress towards them.
