Caregiver For Our 5 Month Old Daughter

We are looking for someone who will be with us for the long term (1-2 years at least). Both parents work from home, so you must be comfortable with us being around. Mom will bf. We also have a friendly cat in the home. What We're Looking For: *Someone who is honest, kind, and attentive, *CPR and First Aid certified, *Experience caring for young babies, *enjoys spending time outdoors (taking her outside is a must!) *M-Thurs 0900-1600 (flexible) to make the pay work *pay:$1800/month with federal holidays paid We are looking for someone who will align with our values like: *we dont believe in sleep training methods like crying it out *no such thing as spoiling a baby with attention *we co sleep but she is getting comfortable with independent napping *honest and open communication Please message if this is a good fit for you!
