Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for our children. This would be recurring Monday to Thursday afternoon and evenings with additional help on Fridays, if or when available as needed. We have 7 children: 16 b, 15 b, 13 b, 13 b, 11 g, 10 g, 8 b. We prefer someone who can assist with the following responsibilities: light housekeeping (laundry and straightening up - we have cleaners who regularly clean), supervising the afternoons and early evenings of the children, mainly our 8-year-old son, ensuring homework is completed, helping prepare dinner, drop off and pick up to and from after school activities, occasional small errands (vehicle provided), and organizing our calendars to minimize chaos. It is mainly the 8-year-old who requires the most attention and 3 of the children are here only Monday to Wednesday mornings.
