Job Responsibilities: - Follow a detailed daily schedule (available online). Consistency ensures a smooth day with fewer toddler meltdowns. - Keep the space clean and well-maintained following the organizational structure in place. - Use the an app to log meals, activities, diapers/potty trips, and naps (training provided). - Serve breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Meals/snacks are prepped in advance; you will portion and serve them. - Teach two preschool lessons (materials provided). - Supervise two outdoor play sessions (morning and afternoon, weather permitting). - Facilitate naptime (3 hours) in a designated space and monitor using a video monitor. - Familiarize yourself with all parents/designated pickup persons to ensure proper drop-off/pickup procedures (training provided).
