Child is 3 month newborn. Mostly eats sleeps and potties. We work on tummy time a couple times a day, usually once, along with turning over on our back. He eats about every 3 hours and I record each thing and what time. Each sleep, each potty, and each eating. We usually do some contact naps but you can put him in his bassinet.
