Part Time Nanny For 3 Year Old

Our current nanny is moving so we are looking for her replacement. We are an LGBTQ family that all work from home and are looking for some consistent day care for our soon to be 3-year-old son. We value empathy and practice a gentle parenting style. Our son primarily uses ASL to communicate but has strong receptive language so someone who is patient and open to communicating using signs would be ideal. E loves playing with his trucks, going on walks, swinging, being read books, and playing with his many wagons by running around the house. E has a speech delay so it would be great to have someone that can help us practice his speech skills. There is no access to public transit but there is plenty of parking Our family includes 2 dogs Olive and Liddy so our caregiver will need to be comfortable with animals.
