Hello! I'm looking for a nanny for my son, who will be 4 months old in July before I go back to work in early August. We live in a single-family home in McLean, VA with no pets. Our biggest priority is someone who will be affectionate and engaging with our son, dependable, and somewhat flexible as there are certain times when my husband and/or I work late or travel. However, the average day would be about 8am-6 p.m. Looking for a rate at approximately $24/hour. There would also be some time off in January and February while my husband takes the rest of his paternity leave. Please message me if interested!
