Looking For Nanny/caretaker 3-5 Days A Week - Afternoons

We have three kids and mom is a stay at home mom. We are looking for someone 3-5 days a week to watch some of the kids while others go to activities. Usually would involve watching 1-2 kids at a time, but occasionally all three. The ideal candidate would be engaged an interested in playing/arranging activities for the kids, helping with dinner prep and bedtime, and pitching in with other kid-related activities like cleaning up their playroom and helping fold and organize their laundry. Opportunity for additional hours occasionally or for someone who is willing to help with other household tasks (we have a separate cleaning service, so do not need housekeeping). Pay and schedule negotiable. Reliability is absolutely essential.
