Nanny Needed For 2 Children In McLean

I am hoping to find a nanny to join our family as we are expecting a baby boy in February. Primary caregiving would be the baby, and I have a 3-year-old son who is in school so would need help with him part time after school, some nights and weekends as well as help with things in the home (tidying, laundry, organizing). we are hoping to find someone who can be flexible schedule wise as my work schedule changes week to week. I can give advanced notice of the weeks I work for set hours, and then on my off weeks can be flexible with your schedule. In the past, we have guaranteed our nanny certain hours monthly but these may be distributed differently week to week. Some weekends and evenings needed. We are hoping to find someone reliable, energetic, loving. Infant experience a must. Vaccinations required (flu, tdap).
