About the Role: Primary Focus: Support our two youngest (ages 4 and 2) after school. Additional Support: Child-related household help, such as laundry, light cleanup, and meal prep, before kids arrive home. Hours: Monday to Friday, 1-6 p.m. (flexible start time to accommodate the right candidate). About Us: We have four children (12, 10, 4, and 2). This role centers on the youngest two, while our older children are fairly independent with their routines. Both parents work full-time, with Mom working from a home office part-time. Responsibilities: Tidy and organize child-related areas before kids get home. Pick up preschoolers from school around 3:30 pm, provide snacks, engage in play, and support the evening routine. Assist with occasional driving needs for after-school activities (clean driving record)
