Hello! My name is Stefanie and I live in McLean with my husband, our three children (ages 6, 3 and infant), and my parents. I am looking for a full-time nanny who can start in January or February. During the school year, you would primarily be with the baby. The two older children are in school until 3 p.m. We are looking for someone with the following qualities: -Experience taking care of children (formally and informally - experience taking care of younger siblings counts) -Comfortable taking care of all ages, from infant to older children -Engaging and warm, enjoys talking to and playing with children in a kind and respectful manner and is *not on their phone* while with the children -Proactive about arranging activities, whether inside the home or outside -Good driver -Must know how to swim (we have a pool) -Paid via payroll
