Part-time Nanny/babysitter Needed For An Awesome 3-year Old Boy!

I am a solo dad with a 3-year-old, very active, son. I predominantly work from home with occasional trips into the DC area for in-person meetings. This means I'm available most days for urgent matters, but I'm generally on meetings from about 9am-5 p.m. Because of my schedule, I'm looking for help with childcare 3 days per week for approximately 5 hours (9am-2pm) on the days needed since my son naps from about 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Right now my ex and I are on 2 days on, 2 days off rotation, meaning some weeks I have my son for 2 weekdays, and other weeks I have him for 3 weekdays. Because of this irregular schedule, flexibility is needed, but I can also assure 3 days per week to try to provide stability and consistency with weekly hours. Weeks would shift between 3 weekdays + no weekend, and 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day.
