Part-Time Weekday Mornings Babysitter Needed For Sweet, Easy-Going Toddler

We're seeking a caring, reliable babysitter for our 18-month-old daughter 1-2 mornings a week (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday). She's an independent, happy toddler who loves playing, going on walks, and reading books. Responsibilities include engaging in fun activities, light housekeeping (e. g., washing dishes, picking up toys), and occasional date night or evening care (1-2 times a month, if available). Both parents work from home, and we have two older kids (3 and 6) who will be at school during babysitting hours. We also have a friendly chocolate lab, so comfort with dogs is important. Must have reliable transportation, be CPR/First Aid Certification, and references. Hopefully looking for someone long-term (2+ years), but open to a short-term position.
