Looking for an energetic nanny for our straight-forward and happy 2-year-old boy! We offer routine overtime pay, guaranteed 40 hours per week, paid vacation and paid sick days and paid holidays in exchange for reliability and flexibility of hours! Requirements: Reliability!! Mom and Dad work in demanding jobs in D. C. and someone who shows up on time is our number-one priority. Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive our LO to the library or park for socialization daily (five minutes away, gas reimbursed) no screen time, daily outdoor time Prepared to potentially care for two children if we have a second child, pay renegotiated of course! Most days will be 9-5. But on average two days per week, it will be 7-5. That schedule varies. Candidate must be comfortable being flexible on this point as this is why we pay overtime!
