My son will be 2 months old when I need to go back to work. Both me and my husband work from home, so we would both be in the house. We would need help watching our son during core work hours when we might be attending meetings. My son is exclusively breastfed, so nanny would bring him to me to feed when I'm able or give a bottle of pumped milk when I'm occupied. Expectations include diaper changes, bottle feeding, bottle and washing, and putting baby down for naps.
