Part-Time Nanny Needed For 8m Old Baby

My husband and I both work from home and are looking for a part-time nanny for our daughter who will be 8 months in February. Needs to be comfortable having one or both parents at home while caring for our daughter. We will be out of the way in our offices for most of the day. Ideally we would like care 3 days a week (Mon, Tues, and Thurs) but can discuss other options. Regular hours would be 10-3 p.m. We would potentially have a need in-frequent additional hours or days. We would love to find someone who actively engages with our daughter in learning and play, takes her to activities (library, walks, parks), does not use screen time, and cleans up toys/bottles/minor tasks. We do have a border collie who will be at home but no additional tasks are needed with him (though he is always down for love and pets if you are a dog person).
