Part-time Or Full-time Nanny For 3 Year Old And 1 Month Old

Our family is very welcoming, places strong emphasis on patient and effective communication, and safety. We recently relocated to the Charlottesville area from northern Virginia and moved into our new home in June. We love spending time outside, which is a big reason we were drawn to the Charlottesville area! We love staying active and are making efforts to reduce electronics in our home/day to day lives :) G loves playing outside, building with magnet tiles, playing hide and seek, and finds any opportunity to laugh and be silly. We'd love support with age-appropriate leaning for G (pre-school level). He also currently attends a school, so we're hoping to find support from someone who has Montessori experience, or has interest in pursuing Montessori-based education. We're looking for someone who has a strong focus on safety, passion for play-based learning, creative, great communication, imaginative, positive and playful energy, patience, and firm but fair behavior correction. We live in a single family home with a large driveway and plenty of parking. Our family includes two dogs, one golden doodle (Sophie) and one aussie doodle (Jax). Both are well trained, sweet, and friendly dogs. We also have a large fenced backyard, if G needs some space from the dogs.
