About the job
Seeking a full-time (5 days/week) nanny to co-care for our kids who are 5 and 3. This is a live-out position for at least the first year. Start date is somewhat flexible but no later than beginning of May 2025. Mom is pregnant with child #3 due in May. The core responsibilities of the individual will be to take care of the 5 and 3 yo. This person must have a desire to be in the position long term, ideally 2 years+; engaged in the development and well-being of our kids, proactively keeping up to date with their needs i. e. planning activities, planning and preparing meals appropriate for their ages, etc. Someone who is reliable, organized, anticipatory, takes initiative, leads a healthy lifestyle, is energetic and fun, is calm under pressure and has a passion for caring for children will be most successful in this position.
