About the job
Looking for care for our happy and active 3 1/2-year-old son at our home in North Prince George. We are also expecting in June and would need care for both after my leave ends. Hoping to find someone long term to become part of our family and who is enthusiastic about outdoor play, exploration, and age appropriate activities. Trips out to the library, parks, and other adventures would be great. We do prefer the gentle parenting approach and teaching our children about their feelings and emotions with kindness and patience. My husband and I do both work from home in offices, but would make sure not to interfere with the structure of the day. I was a nanny for many years and would love to form an open and happy communicative relationship. We will offer PTO and Sick Leave, and will do payroll through a service.
