Part-Time Nanny For 3 Month Old

Hello! My wife and I are looking for a nanny to start late May/early June to take care of our daughter who will be 3 months old. My wife is currently working part time so the hours would be 8 a.m. to 1 pm, five days a week. We like to think we're a fun family, laid back, and committed to raising our kids with as much love as possible. We are looking for someone who is responsive to baby's needs, affectionate and caring. Like most little babies, she largely sleeps, eats, does some tummy time and then wants to be cuddled. So we'd hope you enjoy baby snuggles too! She has a 2-year-old brother who goes to preschool from 830am-1230 p.m. so there may be some interaction with him but no direct care responsibilities. Other than baby snuggling we'd really appreciate some light help around the house, all baby related, such as laundry and bottle washing and eventually feeding solids. We'd also appreciate if you got her outside as often as you can. We have a big yard with plenty of shady trees to lay under. And our neighborhood is great for short or long stroller walks. As she gets older, there's loads of playgrounds nearby too. She's a sweet, sweet girl. We're crushed to have to go back to work but hoping it will sting less when we find someone to love on her when we can't.
