Part Time Mother's Helper Position Mondays And Thursdays

We are searching for a caregiver for our 10-month-old son. The position would be akin to a "mother's helper" as I work from home and have a very flexible schedule to be able to care for our son, but need coverage for meetings and ad hoc tasks. We would love to have him with the same caregiver until he is 3. 5 years old and we anticipate the schedule growing as he grows older and becomes more active. We will offer 4 days PTO per year, 4 sick days, a Christmas and birthday bonus, and all federal holidays off with half day pay if the holiday lands on a day the caregiver is scheduled to work.
