We are searching for a caregiver for our son who will be 13 months old in January. The position would be akin to a "mother's helper" as I work from home and have a very flexible schedule to be able to care for our son, but need coverage for meetings and ad hoc tasks. We would love to have him with the same caregiver until he is 3. 5 years old and we anticipate the schedule growing as he grows older and becomes more active.
