Schedule: - Varies per week - anywhere from 12-45 hours needed - Temporary - Oct-Jan Work setup: - Husband works hybrid 3-4 days/week - I work remotely House setup: Three-story house - job requires carrying our son up the stairs. Basement set up as a second nursery with a play area, changing table, extra crib in a separate room from the living room. The nanny and our son can also feel free to be on the main floor of the house whenever my husband is working from the office.
