Preschool Behavior Aide - Part-Time

About the job

We are looking for someone to assist our 3-year-old son in his preschool classroom 3 mornings per week (Mondays and Wednesdays 9-12, Fridays 9-11:30). He has been exhibiting some behavior issues in the school setting, and his teachers have requested that we hire a one-on-one behavior aide or "shadow" to help prevent and/or stop the behaviors during school hours. Our son does great one-on-one, but needs a little extra help to adjust to the school setting and social interactions with his peers. He is currently in occupational therapy twice per week, which has already resulted in some improvement in his behavior. This will be a temporary position that will end once the behaviors stop.
