Flexible Hours/Days - Mothers Helper For 4 Month Old Needed (Regency Area)

Were first-time parents looking for some help during the workday - Dad (Rob) works fulltime remotely, Mom (Kate) works very part time with flexible hours remotely and takes care of our 4-month-old baby during the workday. We are seeking a mothers helper - an extra set of hands and someone who can take over and be hands on with the baby so Kate (mom) can pump, finish chores, rotate the laundry, get a break, etc. or can switch off and help with some of these things. Timing is VERY flexible - we just need 3-4 hours a day, 2-3 days a week during the workday. Something like 10-1 or 12-3:30 would be ideal. We would love for this to be someone who has the experience and trust to babysit solo on occasion too. We are a screen-free family when it comes to the baby. Absolutely no smokers We have an elderly cat but he mostly sleeps during the day.
