Full Time Nanny For My 3 Month Year Old in House Care

Hello I am looking for a nanny to come by and watch my 3-month-old baby girl while I am working. We will be in the same vicinity so this will be in house care. I do run a marketing firm in Henrico, it is just very hard to manage my office while watching her. I have a private room set up in my office with a pull out couch/bed, TV, and a bassinet for you guys to chill in there. She is only 3 months old so I would like someone who is gentle & trustworthy. She doesn't require much she just needs to be fed, changed & held from time to time. I will be hiring two different nannies, a day time & an evening nanny as I will be working extensive hours for the next month. Please let me know if you can help!
